Your Dream Kitchen

Designed around your family, built around your life

Every family's dream kitchen is its own. We're committed to working with you at every step of the process — discussing and interpreting your style and functionality interests into clear design requirements, so the finished kitchen looks like you and works like you.

Our offering of top-quality semi-custom and custom cabinetry — American-style framed as well as European-style frameless systems — will match your requirements for stunning results. Our goal is simple: a pleasant, smooth, hassle-free remodeling experience for every client.

Why KiLAND

Your kitchen, planned before it's torn apart.

A kitchen is the hardest room to be without, which makes planning worth more here than anywhere else in the house. You'll see the layout rendered, choose every finish in our design center, and get a schedule before demolition starts.

See it before you commit

3D renderings let you walk the layout, test the work triangle, and change your mind on paper instead of on site.

Every finish side by side

Cabinetry, flooring, countertops, and hardware compared together in person, so the combination is a decision rather than a hope.

Cabinetry is our core

Framed, frameless, and inset construction from American and European lines — the product we know best, specified by the people who sell it every day.

A schedule you can plan around

You'll know the sequence and the milestones before we start, so you can plan your household around the work.

Where to start

American framed, or European frameless?

American framed & inset

Warm, detailed, and traditional in construction — a face frame gives the doors definition and suits homes where the kitchen should feel built-in and timeless. Custom and semi-custom lines available.

European frameless

Full-access construction with no face frame, hidden hinges, and flush seamless fronts. Maximum usable storage and a clean, contemporary look — especially effective in smaller kitchens.

Not sure which suits your home? Compare them side by side in the showroom — it takes about ten minutes to know.

Common Questions

Before you remodel your kitchen

It depends on scope and cabinet lead times, which vary by line. We give you the sequence and milestones during design so you can plan meals, guests, and family life around the work.

Semi-custom lines offer a wide range of sizes, finishes, and modifications at a more predictable cost. Custom cabinetry is built to your exact dimensions and specification — the right choice for unusual layouts or when nothing standard fits. We carry both and will tell you honestly which your kitchen needs.

Yes, and it's often the smart move. Keeping plumbing and appliance locations reduces cost significantly. We'll show you what changes if you move things and what it saves if you don't.

We coordinate around the appliances and fixtures you select — specifying cabinetry so everything fits precisely — and our licensed team installs them as part of the build.

Yes. We render your layout in 3D so you can walk the space, check sightlines and storage, and revise while it’s still just a drawing.

Yes. As a licensed general contractor we manage the permitting required for your scope of work.

We asked them to quote on a hardwood floor installation. Although I am reasonably experienced with home projects, this was outside of my comfort zone. To make sure, we asked them to come to the house, measure the area correctly and make sure there is a plan for the project. The estimate was about 10k and we accepted. Well, they forgot to charge for the glue - add $850. Oh, the preexisting tiles are sitting in 2" of mortar. That happens sometimes, they said. They could have looked at the subfloor easily to see that, but they did not ... add $4k for additional demo work and new raised subfloor. And the flooring of the house is not even so we have to put transitions in; I was able to persuade them to raise the new subfloor and level things off after a bunch of discussions on how this was too much work, but it required a lengthy discussion. Well, next was that they miscalculated the area ... need to add more hardwood floor material and installation charge ... add $1.7k. And when it came to installing the last transitions to the adjacent rooms, I was told that the material they ordered would not work and they did not have time to get other items and finish it (they said I should finish it myself). Along they way they nicked into my walls many times and left a bunch of black marks. Yes, they offered to repaint, but I kind of lost confidence and considered what may go wrong when their floor installer who does not have time to do his main job would start painting my walls. The small discount they offered me did not make things right. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience ...
