Interior & Exterior Remodeling

Great spaces don't happen by accident. We plan, render, and coordinate every detail of your home — inside and out — so you can see the result before a single change is made.

Interior & Exterior Remodeling
Design consultation that exceeds expectations

Elegant and Inspiring

Design consultation that exceeds expectations

Our goal is simple: a smooth, successful design process from the first conversation to the finished room. We take your ideas and translate them into a cohesive, workable plan — interpreting your style, pairing the right products, defining your palette, and rendering the result so you can walk through your home before anything changes.

Whether you're refreshing a single room, planning a full remodel, or rethinking your home's exterior character, the plan you approve is the plan we build.

Why KiLAND

Drawings you can actually build.

Plenty of design services hand you a beautiful plan and wish you luck sourcing it. Ours are drawn against products sitting in our showroom and handed to a licensed team in the same building — so the rendering and the finished room match.

Designed against real products

Every palette is built from cabinetry, flooring, and hardware we actually carry, not from a catalog you'll spend months chasing.

See it rendered first

3D renderings let you walk the space and approve the result before a single change is made.

Inside and out

Interiors, facades, entries, and outdoor living planned together, so a renovated interior stops contradicting a dated exterior.

Design Only, Or Design + Build

Take the plan to your own contractor, or hand it to our licensed team — your designer stays on the project either way

Two sides of the same home

Designed inside. Designed out.

Interior design

Layouts that work the way you live, palettes that carry from room to room, and cabinetry, flooring, and hardware selected together so nothing clashes at install. Ideal for kitchens, baths, living spaces, and whole-home refreshes.

Exterior design

Facade materials, entry design, outdoor living areas, and hardscape character that match the home you've designed inside. Ideal for curb-appeal projects, patios and outdoor rooms, and exteriors that no longer match a renovated interior.

Common Questions

Before you book a consultation

No. Many clients start with design and decide later. If you do build with us, your designer stays on the project through installation — nothing gets re-explained to a new team.

Yes. We render your space so you can walk through the layout, palette, and product pairings before a single change is made.

Absolutely. Single rooms, whole homes, and exteriors all start the same way — a conversation about how you want the space to work.

Rough measurements if you have them, photos of the space as it is now, and any inspiration images you've saved. None are required — we can start from a conversation.

Yes. Facade materials, entry design, outdoor living areas, and hardscape character — usually so a renovated interior and a dated exterior stop contradicting each other.

The initial design consultation is free. Come in, talk it through, and see the products in person before you commit to anything.

We asked them to quote on a hardwood floor installation. Although I am reasonably experienced with home projects, this was outside of my comfort zone. To make sure, we asked them to come to the house, measure the area correctly and make sure there is a plan for the project. The estimate was about 10k and we accepted. Well, they forgot to charge for the glue - add $850. Oh, the preexisting tiles are sitting in 2" of mortar. That happens sometimes, they said. They could have looked at the subfloor easily to see that, but they did not ... add $4k for additional demo work and new raised subfloor. And the flooring of the house is not even so we have to put transitions in; I was able to persuade them to raise the new subfloor and level things off after a bunch of discussions on how this was too much work, but it required a lengthy discussion. Well, next was that they miscalculated the area ... need to add more hardwood floor material and installation charge ... add $1.7k. And when it came to installing the last transitions to the adjacent rooms, I was told that the material they ordered would not work and they did not have time to get other items and finish it (they said I should finish it myself). Along they way they nicked into my walls many times and left a bunch of black marks. Yes, they offered to repaint, but I kind of lost confidence and considered what may go wrong when their floor installer who does not have time to do his main job would start painting my walls. The small discount they offered me did not make things right. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience ...
