From Inspiration to Installation

Professional installation, done right the first time

At KiLAND, we provide professional installation for your kitchen, bathroom, and flooring projects. Every installation is performed by our licensed installation experts — so nothing is lost between the drawing and the finished room.

Ask about our hassle-free, on-site measurement service. Before anything is ordered, our experts visit your home to confirm every dimension and condition, ensuring your design and materials fit your space exactly as you designed it.

Why KiLAND

Installed by the team that supplied it.

Most installers meet your cabinets on delivery day. Ours helped specify them. Because the design center, the designers, and the licensed installers are in-house, the measurements, the order, and the install are all held by the same team — so mistakes have nowhere to hide.

Measured before it's ordered

Our on-site assessment confirms every dimension and condition before anything is purchased, so your materials fit the room you actually have.

Precision is the product

Level runs, even reveals, aligned doors, and flush transitions. On a finished install, the details are the whole job.

Your home is protected

Floors covered, surfaces masked, debris contained, and the space left clean at the end of every working day.

Licensed & accountable

A full-service licensed general contractor (CA License #1038355), standing behind both the product and the installation.

How it works

Whether you bought from us or not

Trade professionals and builders welcome.

More than measurements - a complete site assessment

What's Included

More than measurements - a complete site assessment

Proper installation starts long before the first cabinet is hung or the first board is laid. Our on-site assessment verifies everything your project depends on:

  • Precise on-site measurements of your space
  • Condition check of existing surfaces & structures
  • Current plumbing locations & connections
  • Electrical systems & outlet positioning
  • Subflooring & foundation structure evaluation
  • Wall condition assessment for secure cabinet mounting
  • Verification that your design & materials fit as planned

Our Process

Measured twice. Installed once.

Stage one

Site assessment

We visit your home to verify measurements, existing surfaces, plumbing and electrical locations, subflooring, and wall condition for secure mounting.

On-site measurement is free

Stage two

Plan & order

We confirm quantities, finishes, and hardware against the verified measurements, then schedule delivery so materials arrive when the space is ready.

Quantities confirmed against real measurements

Stage three

Prep & protect

We prepare surfaces, protect adjacent rooms and flooring, and stage materials before the first cabinet is hung or the first board is laid.

Your home covered, masked and contained

Stage four

Install & inspect

Our licensed installers complete the work to spec, then walk the finished result with you — adjusting doors, drawers, and transitions until everything sits right.

Common Questions

About installation

Yes. Our licensed installers work with materials purchased elsewhere, and the on-site assessment happens either way — we'd rather find a problem before installation day than during it.

Yes. Our experts visit your home and confirm every dimension and condition at no charge, before anything is ordered.

Floors are covered, surfaces masked, and work areas contained. Debris is removed rather than accumulated, and the space is left clean at the end of each working day.

Very few are. That's what the site assessment is for — we identify it in advance, plan for it, and scribe and shim the installation so the finished result reads straight even when the house isn't.

Yes. We install for builders, designers, and contractors regularly, and can coordinate directly with your project schedule.

A kitchen cabinet installation and a whole-floor flooring job are very different — we give you a realistic window after the site assessment, not before.

We asked them to quote on a hardwood floor installation. Although I am reasonably experienced with home projects, this was outside of my comfort zone. To make sure, we asked them to come to the house, measure the area correctly and make sure there is a plan for the project. The estimate was about 10k and we accepted. Well, they forgot to charge for the glue - add $850. Oh, the preexisting tiles are sitting in 2" of mortar. That happens sometimes, they said. They could have looked at the subfloor easily to see that, but they did not ... add $4k for additional demo work and new raised subfloor. And the flooring of the house is not even so we have to put transitions in; I was able to persuade them to raise the new subfloor and level things off after a bunch of discussions on how this was too much work, but it required a lengthy discussion. Well, next was that they miscalculated the area ... need to add more hardwood floor material and installation charge ... add $1.7k. And when it came to installing the last transitions to the adjacent rooms, I was told that the material they ordered would not work and they did not have time to get other items and finish it (they said I should finish it myself). Along they way they nicked into my walls many times and left a bunch of black marks. Yes, they offered to repaint, but I kind of lost confidence and considered what may go wrong when their floor installer who does not have time to do his main job would start painting my walls. The small discount they offered me did not make things right. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience ...
